Working principle

The needle mill made of stainless steel is made up of several components, such as a cyclone separator, a crusher, a pulse dust removal box, and a fan. It operates by utilizing the relative motion between the fixed and movable toothed discs to crush materials through a combination of mutual impact, friction, and impact of the teeth. Once crushed, the material flows towards the cyclone separator by means of the blower's centrifugal force and gravity, eventually being discharged through the gate fan. Any dust that was produced is then filtered and recovered by the filter cartridge, which is situated within the pulse dust box.
