Spice Grinder

A spice grinder or spice mill in its most basic form is a tool used to grind spices, nuts and seeds into powders. These powders can be used to season or flavour foods or used in place of wheat flour.

Precautions in Operation of Grinder

● Operators must be familiar with the performance, specifications and functions of various parts of the grinder to ensure safe operation
● The grinder shall be specially managed by a special person, and the operators shall be neatly dressed and well-dressed. The sleeves shall not be too long. During operation, they shall be concentrated and not careless.
● Before use, the grinder shall be comprehensively inspected to check whether there are obstacles in all transmission parts, whether lubricating oil is filled in all lubrication positions, whether all safety protection devices are reliable, whether the nozzle blade is intact, whether it is loose, and whether the grinder is clean.
● There must be no water on hand when the switch is activated. First, turn on the empty machine and observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon. The empty time shall not be too long to prevent blade damage. Do not use gloves.
● It is strictly prohibited to "hand into the mouth of the food". When entering the food, it is not allowed to press in with hands. It is required to press down with chopsticks or wooden sticks. It is not allowed to press the food with metal tools, so as to prevent the cage from touching the metal tools, causing injury to people and damaging the grinder.
● The food must be added evenly and not too much to avoid damage to the motor. If the machine is found to operate abnormally, the power should be cut off immediately and the cause checked after shutdown.
● The food into the food shall not be too large, it shall be cut into thin strips and strong, and the food shall not be carried with bones and skin, so as to prevent the grinder from being stuck. If the grinder is found to be stuck, it shall be shut down immediately and shall not be forced to operate.
● After the operation, disconnect the power supply, clean the winch and ensure the food hygiene. When cleaning the grinder, it is strictly prohibited to wash the electrical part with water to avoid electric shock accident or burning the motor.
● When electrical equipment is found to be faulty, it must be shut down immediately. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle the mechanical and electrical parts without permission, and maintenance must be carried out by professional maintenance personnel.
