Working Principle
The purpose of the airflow crusher machine is to pressurize gases. Powder materials (about 60 mesh) are fed through the sprayer and fed evenly and continuously into the mill. As the gas flows from high-speed air, it enters the pulverizing room through the pulverizing nozzles situated on the periphery of the chamber. This impact and rubbing of powder particles leads to their pulverization, and the collected ultra-fine particles are separated by the cyclone separator. Further fine particles get collected into the filter collector, and gases are discharged through it. The machine has a simple structure, is small in volume, and can be easily cleaned.
