Working principle
The hammer type grinder comprises of a pulverizer, cyclone dust collector, and pulse dust collector. In this grinder, the raw material is struck by a high-speed spinning hammer and a stationary gear ring, resulting in its grinding. To propel the finished powder, centrifugal force and a fan motor are employed, directing it into the cyclone separator. The dust is then recovered with the help of the pulse dust collector, while the filter releases the filtrate back into the airflow. With its simplistic design, the hammer mill is user-friendly and easy to operate.
Application
The crusher and dust collector are combined in the hammer grinder, which is not commonly employed in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
